Our client is a health and wellness startup, integrating wellness services and products to an accessible platform with an affordable and premium one-stop solution. The commercial manager will be leading the team to focus on overseeing the company's on-going and future business growth efforts.
Formulate as well as assist company strategies to diversify commercial projects.
Conduct market and operations research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (comisions, promos, campaign, etc.)
Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure business revenue is maintained.
Collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)
Build and maintain profitable product development to support business growth.
Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Working closely with the Business Intelligence team to generate insights and optimize management reporting.
Provide management reporting related to investor relations matters.
5+ years of experience in the consulting firms or corporate strategy roles in relevant business industries.
Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes (P&L).
Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong in analytical thinking, business acumen, and problem solving with proven solid analysis & effective project deliverables.
Passionate about challenging the status quo and leading end-to-end improvement opportunities from ideation & conception to piloting & monitoring prior to scaling.
Experience managing multi-channel customer experience would be beneficial.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities in English in addition to Bahasa Indonesia.
