We offer online and hybrid university degree programs, certified short training courses, and enterprise learning and development solutions.**What you'll do**:We are looking for a knowledgeable C&B Specialist to process and manage the company's payroll. You will be the one to calculate wages based on hours worked and administer payments. A C&B specialist is able to use payroll software with accuracy and efficiency, administer benefits and ensure we are compliant to the local employment regulations. They are good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information. They also have great communication skills to interact with colleagues, executives and our vendors (payroll, BPJS, Insurance). The goal is to ensure personnel receive the correct compensation in a timely manner.You will work closely with your lead in the People and Culture team, and be part of a vibrant team who enjoy interacting with other. In our People and Culture team, we are Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and General Administration. We are from three different countries and enjoy cross cultural interactions.**What your typical day looks like**:- Calculate the correct amount incorporating, deductions, bonuses etc.- Update data with salary or wage adjustments and data hygiene of our payroll data on a monthly basis.- Work closely with our vendors (payroll, benefits, insurance) to ensure mínimal errors- Prepare and process statements of payment.- Prepare and execute taxes and payment of employee benefit.- Keep updated and understand Government Regulations in Compensation & Benefit such as Implementation & Reporting Tax Article 21 (PPH 21 and its reports) and BPJS.- Prepare periodic payroll reconciliation and submit reports to the payroll manager for review.- Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper.- Keep track of wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors.- Prepare reports and analysis for upper management, finance department etc.- Ensure that benefits practices are in compliance with the government and company regulations, policy and code of conducts to satisfying, engage, and retain employees- Maintain relationship with third party such as medical insurance to ensure supports and services are provided regarding tools and system usage for compensation and benefits- Maintain a good relationship with employees in order to ensure all employees are informed all related benefits correctly- Prepare, update and provide employee data and administers correctly to ensure all compensation and benefits operational run effectively and efficiently**What will you need?**In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area.
