**Job Descriptions**:

- Schedule regular meeting and record decisions in digital.
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal team and stakeholder.
- Order resources for office needs.
- Tracking internal expenses.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma Degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year working experience as Construction Admin in property developer (apartment).
- Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, SAP).
- Able to make report project progress, presentation, letters.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
