As a Senior in our Consulting team you will work together and lead team to deliver client service excellence and build positive client relationship.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Take responsibility for delivery of work products within project teams within capacity as executor as well as team leader
- Manage teams by obtaining directions to the project teams in undertaking current business assessments, analyzing industry leading practices, develop and provide recommendation on appropriate strategies, governance, architecture, and innovations to optimize client's business.
- Help our clients to solve their most critical business and technological challenges by providing oversight and directing project teams in research efforts and analytics to deliver innovative solutions.
- Work closely with execution to mid level stakeholders as liaison to finalize project deliverables.
- Facilitate or contribute the delivery of FGDs/ workshops with the client.
- Work together with manager to design project plan including budget and resource allocation, manage and track project economics accordingly.
- Support in the development of proposals, presentations and publications in response to market demands.
- Work in teams to deliver impact to clients using a business-oriented mindset and data-driven solutions to drive transformation agenda and achieve results.

**Skills and attributes for success**
To qualify for the role you must have:

- A good honor of Bachelor Degree, preferably at postgraduate level from reputable University both local and international, in Economy, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
- Senior will require a minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting or comparable roles.
- Experienced in both consulting projects or implementation experiences in the following transformation architecture areas:

- Innovation & Growth Strategy: Business ecosystem and business model analysis and development
- Program & Portfolio Design: Transversal/large scale enterprise-wide program design, business portfolio/initiative management
- Transformation architecture: Analysis of business challenges from business functions (such as experience/business reinvention, enterprise cost efficiency, operating model design) and orchestrate for client enterprise-wide transformation challenge
- Understanding specific industry trends and best practices.
- Understanding of current IT trends (cloud computing, big data, RPA, IoT, blockchain, etc.) would be a plus.
- Certifications in the relevant frameworks would be a plus (TOGAF, PMP, PMBOK, CMMI, COBIT, Scrum Master, or other business architecture related certification)
- Strong analytical skills, excellent oral/ written communication skills and presentation skills in Indonesia and English.
- Self-motivated and able to work in stressful situations with dynamic priorities.
- Excellent problem solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines
- Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.
- Willingness to work outside of office base and regular office hour.
