**What will you do in Business Consulting Services?**
As a member of Business Consulting, you will contribute technically to Consulting client engagements and internal projects, including business development. An essential part of your role will be to establish internal and external professional relationships actively. You will also assist in identifying potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate.

**Responsibility**
- You will work with high-performing engagement teams, assisting our clients in strategically transforming their supply chain processes.
- Lead and manage full lifecycle implementation projects using leading practices, methods, frameworks, and maturity models.
- Lead large scale planning, execution and controlling activities for projects' strategic benefits and objectives, or subsections of large/complex programs.
- Throughout the engagement schedule, you will learn to manage engagement teams, consult directly with clients, assess complex business problems, and provide guidance to your team and client.
- Work with colleagues and clients from a wide range of business areas worldwide.
- Facilitate clients in analysis, design, and implementation of supply chain transformative agenda.
- Gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, benchmarking, and developing recommendations.
- Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services. Strive to assist our clients in uncovering additional opportunities and managing the business development process.
- Create impactful reports and presentations to client executives.
- Assist in proposal development and market pursuit.
- Actively expand transformative consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients.
**Requirement**
- A bachelor's degree, a master's degree focusing on engineering, supply chain, and/or business with a minimum 3.0 GPA(out of 4.0); an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Possess recent experiences and education focusing on logistics, strategic sourcing, manufacturing efficiency, planning network design, logistics, managed services or supply chain analytics. A specific expertise in demand planning with logistic and manufacturing efficiency experiences is a value added.
- About 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain environment.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in your functional area of the supply chain. Familiarity with Supply chain digital tools (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa, Anaplan, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP) is a plus.
- Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offerings that may assist the current customer base.
- Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive on-the-job coaching to team members while fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
- Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Sector exposures: Industrial/consumer goods, or retail sector, IT/high-tech.
- Strong leadership, teamwork and across countries collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Certified APICS or six sigma black belt is a plus.
