Work closely with creative teams to execute content.
Manage content and posting.
Manage communication plans through multiple channels and continuously update them.
Implement a measuring system to aid data-driven decisions and reporting.
Give continuous feedback and suggestions to our designers to adapt content to our communities.
Keep a good environment over the community, with a closely social listening tracking.
Should have at least 1 years experience working in online communities social media, digital marketing, or equivalent.
Familiarity with all social media, and tools to analyze social media performance.
Understands how social media channels work and identify growth opportunities within those channels.
Great communication skills in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
Strong communication and networking skills.
Detail-oriented, adjustable to change.
Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure.
Able to use Capcut is a plus.
