Continuous Improvement Specialist

**Tasks**:

- Introduce a continuous improvement process (KVP, DPS, Lean Six Sigma)
- Support other units in managing large-scale tasks and implement released KVP projects together with Production, Logistics and Quality and develop and implement Lean manufacturing principles to enhance work processes and output which leads to significant cost savings, improved efficiency, improved quality for the organization
- Cooperate in identifying and developing suggestion for improvement as well as implement the actions determinate
- Identify improvement potential in standards and drive focus on critical processes that will yield the highest impact to the organization
- Compile workshop results and create corresponding reports for the management
- Assure implementation of agreed actions, in cooperation with the area involved

**Profile**:

- Engineering degree preferably in Industrial or Manufacturing engineering
- 8-D Complaint Management
- Knowledge of Risk Management and Project Management as well as customer specific requirements
- Ability to teach, mentor and coach all level of employees
- Influential leader with proven coaching and mentoring expertise
- Excellent English written and oral communications skills, German Language is an advantage
