**Contract Logistics Management Trainee**
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute assigned tasks and provide support in day-to-day operations.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and educational opportunities.
- Observe and learn from seasoned staff members.
- Acquire an understanding of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Assist managers in performance evaluations, involving report writing, data analysis, or presentations.
- Engage in corporate strategic planning.
- Achieve the objectives and targets set at the commencement of the traineeship.
- Prepare documents and maintain records.
- Learn about conflict resolution and attend disciplinary hearings as an observer.
- Travel to different offices, warehouses, or projects as needed to actively participate in daily operations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in management, business, information systems, engineering, or a related field; other majors will be considered.
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) and Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) for daily communication.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to learning.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must have a motorcycle and a valid driver's license (Class C/A).
**Salary**: Rp5,500,000 - Rp6,500,000 per month
