- Job Description
- Responsible for direction and strategy in areas of overall account management, business generation, prospecting for the area sales team in the market.
- Lead the team to achieve the assigned target and responsible for developing and maintaining key accounts in the market
- Analyze period and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods, and obstacles to achieving goals
- Oversee the development and management of all stakeholder relationships, also to select, manage, and proactively develop the area sales team
- Responsible for the overall National Key Accounts Revenue generations- Job Requirement
- Possess minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Strong portfolios in Corporate Market
- Have min 3 years of experience as Director of Sales (Corporate/Hotel)
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Proficient in using Salesforce will be great advantage
