Whether you're an experienced professional pursuing a hospitality career or a student aspiring to learn more about the dynamic serviced residence sector, Ascott offers ample opportunities for individuals seeking to expand their horizons beyond boundaries.- Across a variety of roles in hospitality management and corporate support functions, we welcome to bring your personality and style and be part of the Ascott team that is deeply committed to providing heartfelt service and creating award-winning experiences for our guests.- Be Yourself, Be Part of Our Journey!-- Job Description- Shares the responsibility to monitor all learning matters from the arrangement of yearly learning catalog, annual learning plan by hotels and corporate team until it is done (approved and signed).- Arrange and deliver corporate learning modules for existing hotels.- Facilitate all hotels' learning sessions in which the module is delivered by the master experts.- Facilitate and support all training conducted by the corporate function department.- Reviewing, analyzing and coordinating the submission of properties monthly learning report.- Prepare and arrange the delivery of learning modules, gimmicks, and supporting documents for games or activities.- Shares the responsibility to maintain the accomplishment of learning sessions requested by all hotels and corporate teams as per the submitted Annual Learning Plan.- Analyze the learning evaluations and prepare the Action Plans.- Provide support on module development (arrangement, editing, beautify).- Support the need for delivering familiarization in the corporate office for new team members.- Shares the responsibility to prepare, conduct and deliver great events that are related with not only HR matters but also the company's big event.- Job Requirement- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Education, and other relevant majors- Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field- Has the ability to design and execute training programs- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English- Willing to travel as part of the job responsibility- Certified Professional Trainer (CPT) would be an advantage
