Job Description Direct and manage the overall FP&A strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.Oversee the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results and projections.Deliver comprehensive financial reports, variance analysis, and key metrics to leadership, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities.Collaborate with senior management on long-term business plans and scenario planning, supporting major initiatives and investment decisions.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing FP&A team, ensuring continuous development and optimization of processes.Requirement Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)At least 10 years of working experience in similar rolesBroad understanding of business processes, process auditing and internal control conceptsStrong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the businessStrong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
