- Communicate property-related updates, risks, and opportunities.
- Foster positive relationships with property owners and tenants.
**Financial Oversight**:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
**Risk Mitigation and Compliance**:
- Assess property-related risks (e.g., safety, legal, environmental).
