**Customer Service and Administration**- Meet student enrollment targets by doing work that supports marketing activities including: telemarketing, making offers, promotions, canvassing, etc.- Carry out administrative activities that support marketing activities.- Following the mutually agreed marketing schedule and activities.- Conduct daily progress reports or daily activities reports with the CS and Marketing teams.- Follow up on customer databases.- Assisting after sales service activities, including assisting in monitoring fitting outs, payment progress to the Finance Department, student registration processes with the CS team.- Assisting activities related to MarketingJob Requirements:- Minimum education S1 in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related field Major.- Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in the field of Sales Marketing or Customer Service, preferably in the field of education.- Have a Decent knowledge of Digital Marketing will be a plus.- Have knowledge and understanding about education (mainly about homeschooling).- Have good communication and negotiation skills.- Fluent in English both oral and written.- Able to work together in the Marketing team and other departments.- Able to work under pressure.- Energetic, honest, neat with excellent time management.- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)
