We are looking for passionate and outstanding individuals to join our team.**What will you do**:- Support for general operational requests/inquiries (e.g. handover, package tracking, order tracking/status).- Act as point contact for operational requests/inquiries.- Monitor inbound and outbound order progress.- Provide reports to relevant stakeholders/clients and/or respond to update requests from clients/internal stakeholders.**What are the requirements**:- Fresh graduate from any major.- Having experience as Customer Service Intern/Admin Support Intern will be an advantages.- Having great Excel skils.- Having good communication skills.- Willing to be placed in Warehouse Kapuk, Warehouse Pulogadung, & Warehouse Pasar Minggu.**Additional Information**:- Working days & hours : Mon-Sat 13:00 - 18:00 WIB.- Internship period 6 months.- Paid internship.zb62CnbE28
