Customer Service Representative (Batam) - Mandarin

Handle all incoming call
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file

documents
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer account through open and

interactive communication
- Assist administrative operational needs
- Preparing daily report of customers complaints and follow up
- Responsible for daily of secretarial job
- Meeting rooms arrangement
- Report monthly activity to Sales Manager
- Minimum 25 years old
- Minimum education is Diploma degree, preferrably from Secretary, Business, Marketing major
- Excellent in English and Mandarin skills in verbal and written
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Creative and pro-active
- Able to work independent and in a team as well
