Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting customers with account-related concerns, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Educate customers about various product offerings, promotions, and benefits to enhance their product experience.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to improve overall service quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with standard office software.
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields will be beneficial.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Open to working in a 24/7 shift environment.
