Customer Solution Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- API Integration Support
- API integration testing support
- System issue support
- Consultation API support
- Customer satisfaction score
- Shipper On Boarding Project Chartered
- Request to product & tech team, if there are any improvement to be made (request from shipper or troubleshooting)
- Support System Issue (come from client & commercial team)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree on Information System
- Have 5 year of IT business analyst experience
- Have 5 year of IT project manager experience
- Have 1 year of SQL db or Metabase or Redash experience
- Have 1 year of API integration
- Have support experience: logistic & marketing business
- Fluent in spoken and written in English
