Data Analyst Strategist

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, PHP, and Excel is a must.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (Min. 2-year work experience, retail or fashion background is a plus)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills (able to be active in cross-division discussion, insights and recommendation, and presentation to stakeholders)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Familiarity with sales, marketing, and production processes is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze sales data to track performance metrics.
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Production division of the company.
- Identify issues and challenges within the company's operations through data analysis, such as Consumer Behavior and RFM Analysis.
- Optimize various methods and tools to address existing challenges.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address identified issues and propose effective solutions.
- Provide recommendations to improve overall company performance based on data-driven insights.
