**Responsibilities**
Accomplish Strategic Objectives
- Drive project planning and alignments to ensure the projects contribute to the pension business objectives: improvement in SLA, STP %, NPS, employee engagement, efficiency, and leakage savings.
- Steer project prioritization activities to optimize resource/investment/time for the highest benefit/value-adding projects.
- Lead strategic process and systems discussions with senior leadership.
Achieve Operational Objectives and Capable of Data Analytic
- Key person to track and report progress and red lights, identify potential impediment, anticipates issues and showstoppers, propose corrective actions and problem-solving, escalate to management for decision making
- Ability to collect and store data on market research or other behaviors to support strategic Pension Transformation as an ad hoc data analyst.
- Create and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies to improve data efficiency and quality.
- Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to find and fix code errors.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information requirements.
- Identify and define new opportunities for process improvement.
Meet Project Management Standards
- Key person to track and report progress and traffic-lights, identify potential impediment, anticipates issues and showstoppers, propose corrective actions & problem-solving, escalate to management for decision making.
- Translate business needs into comprehensive project plans including objectives, timeline, deliverables, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop project status reports for senior leadership; develop tracking scorecards/metrics for working teams; develop milestone reviews for key milestones and ensures the team is on track to deliver
- Ensure documentation of projects in accordance with local and global PMO standards; liaise with local PMO (CPC), regional PMO (APC), global PMO (TC) for time, cost, and benefit tracking
Enhance Project Management Knowledge for Other Departments
- Initiate project discussion with other department to educate employees on project management discipline: identification, documentation, and traceability of business requirements
- Provide guidance and support during execution of change management activities

**What we are looking for**
- A bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Hands-on and thorough understanding of DPLK products, operations, and processes is preferable.
- Experience as Project Member and Project Manager.
- Well organized and attentive to details, flexible with working hours.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and disciplined with project scheduling.
- Able to clearly articulate business processes and ideas verbally and in written English.
- Self-initiated and have a strong drive to learn.
- Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and good understanding of SQL
