Ecommerce Manager (Nespresso)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain, manage and open website, apps & marketplace
- Drive sales growth, profit and conversion thru all online channel
- Regular range check, competitor analysis, infringement (marketplace)
- Key coordinator between brand team and DOM team
- Work closely with marketing team for any campaign to deliver seamless customer
- Ensure all price, data, KV align for all online channel
- Manage all orders, product upload, inventory management across all channel
- New project planning and execution

**Requirements**:

- Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
- Extensive knowledge of ecommerce technologies and tactics
- Have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
- The ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives.
- Have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
- Self-described data expert with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new ecommerce strategies.
