As an Engagement Management Services administrative, you are dedicated to perform end-to-end engagement management support to assist the engagement team. You will receive virtual and on-the-job trainings on various EY internal systems and processes, administrative policies and quality risk management policies before assisting the team. Working closely with the engagement team and various internal stakeholders, you will be the one who drives these business critical activities into completion.
Job description:
- Perform end-to-end engagement management support to assist the engagement team using EY's internal system. The process start from Opportunity creation up to Engagement code creation under the supervision and guidance from Engagement team.
- Create Estimate-To-Complete ("ETC") workbook and perform ETC analysis for any changes in fees, expenses or staffing mix during the lifetime of project
- Upon the completion of project, assist in engagement closure
- Assist in BRIDGE process, a risk management tool to asses third party subcontractor prior to engagement. The process includes preparation of the required supporting documents
- Ensure compliance to firm's policy and risk management procedures
- Ensure proactive coordination, timely communication and efficient engagement management
- Strictly maintain confidentiality of any information that is sensitive or confidential
- Adhere to the required deadline
- Help with additional process workflow as deemed necessary
Job requirement:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a secretary or an administrative support role, preferably in consulting firm or big 4 accounting firms.
- A degree in Secretary
- Excellent command of verbal and written in English
- Excellent time management
- Good word-processing and computer skills
- Good interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
- Good project management and coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Careful and well organized
- Proactive and reliable
