Engineer On Site (L1 Soc)

**Qualification**:

- Min. education Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related fields.
- Possess a valid certification such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CompTIA Security+, EC-Council CSA (Certified SOC Analyst), EC-Council CSCU (Certified Secure Computer User), EC-Council CND (Certified Network Defender), or an equivalent security analyst certification.
- At least 1 (one) year of experience in SOC or IT Security.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify best solutions and/or alternatives.
- Able to work independently or in a team.
- Willing to be placed at customer sites 8x5 in Jabodetabek area.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and analyzing security events detected by the system.
- Responding to security alerts as they arise and performing initial mitigation actions.
- Conducting initial investigations into suspected security incidents.
- Monitoring network and system activities to detect suspicious anomalies.
- Implementing established security procedures and policies.
- Documenting security-related activities and incidents.
- Coordinating with SOC Level 2 and Level 3 teams for the escalation of events that require further action.
