We're in search of an exceptional Esports Community Support to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing our esports community, coordinating events, and delivering exceptional customer support across various communication channels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Community Group Management**:Oversee and engage with community groups, creating activity through our group channels such as Discord to maintain an active and interactive presence.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Manage community communication and engagement through social media platforms, fostering discussions and sharing relevant content.
- **Event and Tournament Coordination**: Plan, execute, and oversee esports events and tournaments, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for participants.
- **Esports Expertise**: Stay up-to-date with the latest esports developments, trends, and gaming culture, sharing your knowledge with the community.
- **Community Organization**: Lead and organize community initiatives, discussions, and feedback channels to maintain an active and engaged user base.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Address and resolve user and community concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a positive atmosphere and ensuring issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactively identify and implement solutions for any challenges that may arise within the community.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service support, addressing inquiries and issues with patience and efficiency.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and open communication with community members and users through various channels.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**:Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing esports communities and events.
- **Community Group Management**: Proficiency in managing and engaging with community groups, particularly Discord.
- **Social Media Skills**: Strong familiarity with managing community engagement through social media platforms.
- **Event Management**:Proven experience in organizing and overseeing esports events or tournaments.
- **Esports Knowledge**:Deep understanding of esports titles, trends, and the gaming culture.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to plan, execute, and lead community initiatives effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
- **Communication**:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
**Preferred**:
- Experience in esport organization and managing esports communities.
- Familiarity with popular esports titles and their respective communities.
