**About The Role**
We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to become an integral part of our CEO & COO daily life. This role will focus on domestic affairs management, efficient scheduling, digital documentation management, and contributing to innovations in both personal and professional aspects which requires flexibility in schedule and availability to support daily needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating household activities, including managing household staff and maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and fulfillment of daily needs.
- Ensuring seamless coordination of children's school requirements, leaving no detail overlooked.
- Ensuring a well-structured and constantly updated schedule for our CEO & COO referred to ('BuGar & PaGar') to support daily activities, both work-related and personal.
- Willingness to accompany during offline work events, both locally and out-of-town, as required.
- Taking proactive initiatives in interpersonal relations, such as sending birthday gifts to friends or sending thoughtful presents on occasions like the boss's birthday.
- Responsible for documenting activities through various digital platforms such as Instagram stories, TikTok, and Reels to support a unique personal and professional image. Collaboration with a video editor may be necessary.
- Contributing creative and innovative ideas to enhance both personal and professional branding strategies.
**Job Qualifications**
- Experience in household management or similar roles as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in scheduling, time management, and effective communication.
- Ability to adapt quickly, handle challenges, and solve problems meticulously.
- Digital documentation skills and an understanding of social media platform use.
