Facility Manager - Facilities Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for facility maintenance and repair also day-to-day operations in a whole client's site including the data center.
- Managing the overall operational concerns and services, including safety and security, housekeeping, receptionist, and maintenance of the building automation, equipment, and supplies.
- Lead the facilities and building operations team.
- Maintain the service level of service contracts and vendors that are appropriate.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum bachelor's degree from a reputable university majoring in mechanical, electrical engineering, or any other relevant fields.- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, including experience in a managerial capacity managing the operations of a 24x7.- Good communication skills, including good command of English.- Good personal and interpersonal skills.- An organized person and a team player.- Proven managerial and leadership skills.
