**About The Role**:
Prepare yourself to grow your knowledge as well as your career with us if you're ready to be our Field Sales Manager.
In this role, you'll focus your efforts on potential clients, and spreading awareness about our digital learning platform and various education and training programs we offer.
You'll go the extra mile to better understand our clients' concerns and experiences on the field to resolve their pain points.
Your efforts will help enhance our vision and mission, and better position our platform as the most trusted learning provider in Indonesia.
**What You Will Do ?
**:
- Build relationships with university, education shareholders, and corporate clients in their designated region.
- Monitor sales (Field Sales) metrics, provide visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development and report on an ongoing basis to the wider team on revenue targets and forecasts.
- Identify and react quickly to a changing and competitive landscape by referring to the competitor analysis data.
- Qualify the right clients for the company
- Follow up potential clients for any closing opportunity
- Accompany your Team Leader to meetings
- Guiding clients for registration
- Achieve monthly targets of lead generation and appointments
**Who are you?

- Strong commercial acumen to create long-term sustainable partnerships
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively.
- Proven abilities to ask the right questions and to use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide range of partners.
- Effective and mature communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions.
- Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing others (incl.
executive audiences).
- Self-starter who leans into and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments.
- A proactive sales person and very concern about your customers and partners, always bringing questions back to what will serve them best
- Passionate about working with Higher Education and Skills Training Field
**What You Will Need ?
**
- Should be at least 4+ years of experience, experience working within a high-growth technology company or High Education or Skills Training Field would be beneficial
- Result-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Oral and written communication skills in English preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
