Job Responsibility Finance & Accounting Executive: Job Description : Responsible for data entry and recapitulation Responsible for invoice and billing Responsible for Bank reconciliations General ledger maintenance,Bookkeeping and balance sheet reconciliations Input and maintain files and documents in accordance
( Invoice, Account Payable/Receivable, porting Tax, and etc ) Preparing, calculating tax data for Income Tax(PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Pasal 4 ayat 2) Prepare list of payment requests Manage proof of payments Arrange and manage documents Responding to email in English Requirements: Max 28 years old Min High school degree (SMA/SMK) in Accountant/Finance or equivalent At least 1 year of working experience in the related field Proficient in accounting software (Accurate) Attention to detail and accuracy is a must Good command of English both oral and written Having good knowledge in administration and finance Proficient in Microsoft office Eager to learn something new Ability to work under pressure, target and deadline Ability to work in detail, discipline, creative, well organized.
