**THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH AND ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED**

**What you will do**:

- Responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, cash management and banking.
- Provide commercial and financial advice to management on both strategic and operational issues.
- Analyze business risks and opportunities, make recommendations that will bring positive impact to the company financially.
- Establish short and long term corporate strategy and operation forecasts.
- Control and monitor customer aging and credit risk, implement credit timeline to align with company policy.
- Ensure the credit evaluations are done and reviewed regularly
- Control on Income Statement & Balanced sheet to be align with PSAK.
- Control and make weekly payment schedules.
- Manage Indonesia based financial and regulatory reporting requirements such as Annual Audit.
- Annual budgeting, variance analysis and management reporting
- Manage relationships with business partners.
- Ad-hoc Assignments

**What we seek**:

- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Deadline-oriented and an ability to stick to time constraints
- Willing to learn new things and open to feedback.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Finance Accounting or a similar role (experienced in the same industry or from a Public Accounting Firm is preferred)
- Familiar with accounting software and systems (e.g Xero/Oracle)
- Good understanding of MS Office and G-Sheet
