**What you will do, but not limited to**:
- Responsible for financial and management reporting, developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Oversee the entire accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance.
- Manage the cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts of the company.
- Lead the annual internal and external audits and interface with auditors.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including the financial institutions, tax authorities, and business partners.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to support decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Experience in managing audits and preparing financial statements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations is a plus.
