Job Description The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, capital management, and risk management.Lead the development and execution of financial strategies, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, aligned with long-term goals.Implement initiatives to optimize financial performance, focusing on revenue growth, cost management, and capital allocation.Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, tax, audit, and treasury, ensuring robust internal controls and transparency.Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and manage financial risks through effective mitigation strategies.Requirement Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO in the banking sector or a large financial services institution.A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is highly desirable.Strong understanding of banking regulations, financial markets, and best practices in financial management.Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with financial management systems, capital management, corporate action, treasury management, and risk management tools.
