Finance Officer

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Officer. The Finance Officer will be responsible for financial reporting, preparing financial statements, financial analysis, and communicating financial information to management. The Finance Officer will work closely with other departments, such as Operations and Administration.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process invoices
- Process payroll
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Prepare balance sheets
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Participate in financial audits
- Track bank deposits and payments

**Qualifications**
- Experience in financial reporting and creating financial statements
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis
- Fluency in finance concepts and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Relevant professional certification or advanced degree is a plus
- Experience working in education or tutoring industry is a plus

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
