Financial Controller (Head/Director Level)

**About The Company**:
Our Client is providing comprehensive financial service product options for customers to choose and act as an advisor to the customers financial needs.

As Financial Controller, you will report directly to the CEO with main responsibilities to lead the whole Finance, Accounting, and Tax team to run smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the local finance team to manage the full spectrum of finance activities, including but not limited to day-to-day operational accounting, finance, tax, and reporting
- Prepare financial reports, provide insightful analysis relating to key business decisions for both management and group financial stakeholders
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and analysis, including reviewing the journal entries and account reconciliation
- Review and suggest improvements on financial risk and control process, address internal and external audit concerns
- Implement continuous improvement for accounting, finance, and tax related process

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent
- Work experience in Big 4 is a must
- 10+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and audit experience
- Experience working in a startup environment is preferred
- Strong leadership, good analytical and problem-solving skills
