**Job Purpose**:
Lead and Oversee the Pre-Development Stage of potential developments specifically specifically on Strategic Planning and Design

**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Infra or Civil Engineer, Construction Management or Equivalent
- Overseas/Regional Experience is advantage
- Posses proven & successful track records in the FullLife Cycle Program on **Integrated Mixed Used Development particularly from Strategic Planning, Design Development, Project & Construction Management to Vacant Possesion.**:

- Experiences min 5 years working experience in Consultancy and 10 years relevant experience with Reputable Property Developers.

Pay: Rp5,000,000,000 - Rp8,000,000,000 per month
