Our client is a reputable insurance tech company with strong presence in Indonesia. They are currently seeking for Head of Agency to spearhead the life insurance agency distribution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the life agency distribution channel that aligns with the company's objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of life insurance agents to integrate general insurance solution into their business and to oversee the development of internal agency sales team to ensure a high-performing sales force.
- Set recruitment & sales targets, monitor achievements, and implement corrective actions to address underperformance.
- Drive the sales of general insurance products through the life insurance agency force.
- Ensure all business processes comply with industry regulations and company policies. Promote a culture of integrity and ethical sales practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including life agents and cross-functional internal divisions.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree Proven experience in a middle management role within the life insurance industry, specifically in agency distribution.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team of sales professionals and independent agency forces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the life insurance agents characteristic & behavior, and insurance regulatory environment (especially those related to agency).
- Have strong network & relationship with life insurance agents
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in general insurance products is highly desirable.
