**Job Description**:

- Participate in the development and implementation of key customer focused strategies and tactics for the brand
- Drive market opportunities identification and revenue maps
- Own P&L, including forecasting monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Manager key initiatives, projects and analysis to support companu and franchise priorities
- Resposible for advisor engagement in program that drive practice growth
- Monitors daily sales and product performance, proposing proactive and corrective measures such a targeted promotions, staff training, create and execute tools that will aid in the monitoring of operations in the various territories by weekly reports, conference call and qualitative analysis
- Participate in the brand planning process for the brand and own key sections of the plan
- Manage A&P for key responsibilities associated with position
- Manager cross functional teams, which may include Research & Development, Marketing, Sales, Packaging, Operations, Purchasing, Finance and Planning

**Qualifications**:

- Has an experince in this field at least 5-7 years, franchising or Agriculture experience preferred
- Degree/Master in Business
- Strong system knowledge (territories, channel dynamics, consumer & shopper behaviour)
- Good understanding about brand strategy and able to drive product
- Must be experienced organizational leader, demonstrating great leadership, sales, presentation and professional communications skill
