**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive rewards and loyalty strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to identify opportunities for improving customer retention and increasing loyalty program participation.
- Utilize customer data and insights to segment the customer base effectively.
- Leverage data analytics to track the performance of rewards and loyalty programs continually and identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance program effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and customer support teams to align growth strategies with broader business objectives. Champion the rewards and loyalty vision across the organization.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven track record of at least 5 years in growth marketing, loyalty program management, or related roles, with a strong focus on customer retention and engagement
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize rewards and loyalty programs effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and customer-centric mindset to create programs that resonate with the target audience.
- Management consulting background is highly preferred
- Good command in English is a must
