Head Of Operations Planning & Growth (Logistic)

**Job description**:

- Conduct data analysis focusing on operations metrics to perform a gap analysis of over SLA parcel.
- Create strategic improvement projects to reduce lead time and ensure achieves the target
- Simulate data to establish a new speed standard for business purposes.
- Ensure that the targeted shipper profile achieves the target lead time
- Able to creating team and project KPI
- Main responsibility : Operations analytics, Project management, People development

**Requirements**:

- 5 - 8 years of experience
- Education background : : Industrial Engineering, any Engineering studies, statistic, economics
- Data driven mindset and data visualization
- Curious and have strong project management skills in order to lead strategic initiatives and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Operation network planning
- Basic knowledge for automation/SQL/Python or analytics tools Tableau/Datastudio/PowerBI etc is a plus
- Good in spoken english

Pay: Rp20,000,000 - Rp45,000,000 per month
