Job Description Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales plans.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industrial sector.Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.Requirement Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in sales management within the chemical industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
