**Head of Sales** to lead our efforts in the
**Indonesia Market**!
In this role, you will be responsible for
**developing and executing the business development strategy for Indonesia**. You will
**identify and qualify new customers, develop and negotiate proposals, and close deals**. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Minimum 8 years of Sales or Business Development experience from B2B solutions. Sales experience in Banking, FinTech, HR Tech will be highly advantage in this role.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management especially managing relationship with Banks and FI
- Strong demonstrated experience / track record growing user number by the thousands; strong track record of onboarding large corporates or other platform partnerships.
