The Head of Talent Asia will support the region in achieving its business objectives by ensuring that it has excellent, values-aligned employees and leaders in place to deliver the plan. This will be achieved through excellence in talent acquisition, talent management and succession planning, talent development (leadership, high potentials and early talents), learning and development, engagement and performance management. This role also leads Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the region, ensuring that PZ Cussons is attracting, retaining and developing a diverse range of talents who will bring new approaches and thinking to the team. The Head of Talent Asia will also lead a small team of talent professionals in the region and will report to the Global Talent & Diversity Director in the UK, with a strong dotted line to the HR Director, Asia.
