Job Description

Lead the accounting team in processing daily transactions and preparing financial reports.

Ensure financial reports comply with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Manage company budgets and monitor expenses according to financial targets.

Analyze financial performance and provide strategic advice.

Ensure company compliance with tax regulations.

Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports.

Develop effective financial policies and procedures.

Conduct training on financial and tax policies.

Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure adequate financial reserves are maintained.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and accounting management

Strong understanding of tax regulations and accounting standards.

Excellent analytical skills and effective leadership.
