**Job Type**:Fulltime

**Reports To**:Head of Operations

**Responsibilities**:
Staff Management:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team across various departments.
- Develop and implement staff schedules and rosters.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Operations Management:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Financial Management:

- Develop strategies to maximize revenues and optimize operational expenditure.
- Monitor and manage budgets and financial performance.

Customer Service:

- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Vendor Management:

- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality standards are met.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong technical knowledge of hotel operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
