Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
- Contribute to talent development and organizational growth through effective manpower planning.
- Monitor workforce deployment, overseeing both regular and contract employees.
- Conduct comprehensive recruitment processes to identify and bring on board skilled professionals.
- Uphold and update the Employee Handbook and policies to ensure compliance with local laws and corporate standards.
- Facilitate and record training programs, aligning personnel development with organizational objectives.
- Ensure employee welfare, compensation, and benefits align with industry practices and local regulations.
- Stay informed about minimum wage and welfare regulations, making necessary adjustments.
- Manage day-to-day office administration tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
- Foster an environment of trust, transparency, and employee well-being.
- Maintain compliance with standard norms for welfare and benefits.
- Facilitate open and effective communication channels with employees at all levels.
- Communicate policy changes, new hires, and other relevant updates consistently.
- Address employee misconduct and disciplinary actions with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with legal counsel, if needed, to resolve issues peacefully.
- Maintain the employee database using the designated corporate platform.
- Lead by example, acting as a role model for others in the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in a Human Resources capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR and industrial practices.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office.
**Salary**: Rp12,000,000 - Rp16,000,000 per month
