Details of the offer

Conduct training need analysis to design and develop learning/training program based on employee/company needs

Create training program design

Develop learning modules and content for class/learning apps

Develop interesting and interactive learning methods

Create script or storyboard for module/content develop
Bachelor's degree in educational technology

Having experience in learning & development/instructional design minimum 1 year

Experience in training modul creation and development

Experience in training need analysis

Good communication skills manage time effectively, able to multitask and meet deadlines

Fast learner and open-minded


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
