The region employs over 1800 employees and has a long history in the Asian Pacific and African markets, focusing on develop crop nutrition concepts that increase food production and create value to the growers, in particular smallholder farmers, whilst minimizing environmental impact of agricultural activities.YAA is currently undergoing a major transformation, aimed at shifting the existing business models, generating new revenue streams and ultimately delivering profit through new Farming Solutions related activities.**Responsibilities**:HR Business Partner- Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, including legal processes and documents, and successful people management through both coaching and advising- Partner with managers to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes- Support alignment between business objectives with employees and management objectives- End-to-end recruitment processes, including employer branding initiatives- Support in projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives- Internal communication process (update organizational charts, prepare announcements etc.)- Advise on change management activities, act as a change agentGeneral Human Resources- Launch and implement Yara HR processes and tools, e.g. performance management, talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, salary reviews etc.- Responsible for compensation & benefits structure and policies according to Yara standards- Responsible for high quality and excellent execution of HR services e.g. payroll, benefits administration, business travel policy etc.- Advise and support in employee relations in accordance with labor law and Yara standards for social dialogueLeadership- Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and retention- Develop a training program to build up a diverse team and ensure that the team has the right competencies- Follow up on internal surveys and Yara Voice results to achieve high employee engagement- Lead and coach direct reports- Develop and motivate high-performing teams through coaching and mentoringHESQ and Ethics & Compliance- Work in accordance with HESQ policy relevant legislation, Yara safety principles and golden rules- Maintain procedures and risk assessments within own area- Ensure the necessary HESQ management systems for the function is in place and maintained- Create a corporate culture in which health, safety and the environment are put forward by all employees- Always act and lead in accordance with Ethics & Compliance policy as defined by Yara globallyBudget- Prepare, manage and monitor costs for all HR activities and projects**Profile**:Education and Experience- University degree within Economics or Business Administration with major in HR Management/Social Sciences or equivalent by experience- Minimum 8 years experience in a senior HR role- Strong experience in managing HR processes in a complex and international business environmentKnowledge and Skills- Excellent local labor law knowledge- Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to build and grow operational capability- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills- Result driven and proactive with great communication skills- Embracing and promoting Yara values and a safe and inclusive work cultureOther requirements- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia- Occasional traveling required- Driving license**Additional Information**:We strive to reflect the diversity in society and encourage all qualified applicants from all background to apply.
