Collaborate with the HR Manager to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, networking events, and other creative sourcing methods. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with the HR Manager, hiring managers, and candidates. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a positive and professional recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the system. Are You a Good Fit? Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing time effectively in a remote setting.
