About the Department The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Job Responsibilities Responsible for employee engagement activities' execution for employees in Ha Noi; contribute to employee benefits execution in Ha Noi office.
Be a HR Focal point in Ha Noi office and represent HR to liaise with Ha Noi regulators (SBV, tax, social insurance department) where required.
Responsible for employees documents, records and control those documents in Ha Noi office;
Be the first contact point of the employees for general inquiries about HR policies, benefits, processes and guidance.
Implement new practices, procedures, programs and policies in a timely and efficient manner to meet organisational and strategic business/management needs.
Identify opportunities that improve employee experience by conducting focus group and exit interviews, etc. to measure and assess the impact of the Bank policies and processes.
Ensure employees are positively integrated into the teams, stay engaged and retained.
Guide people managers and employees on HR policies and processes including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc.
Support HRBP to partner with the business maintaining and developing the organizational and position structure to enhance productivity and effectiveness as assigned.
Other projects as assigned by direct line manager.
Job Requirements BSc/BA or above in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
5-year experience in HR. Experience in Banking Industry is preferrable;
Understanding of HR legislation, policies and processes;
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently;
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude; change mind-set;
Be able to work under pressure;
Can communicate with internal staff and external stakeholders.
English and Vietnamese speaking and writing communication is required.
