Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Healthcare Provider, they're looking for a Human Capital Department Head with at least 5 years of experience at the managerial level. This position is located in Kalimantan.
Job Description: Develop and implement people management practices including a broad range of human resources policies, programs, and systems Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance Analyze trends and metrics with the HR team Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention Resolve complex employee relations issues Suggest new HR strategies Perform other duty tasks as assigned Job Qualification: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent At least 5 Years) of working experience in HR Hospital/Healthcare fields Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and influential skills Strong in analytical skills Thorough knowledge in HR practices Fully understanding in law legislation Willing to be placed in Kalimantan.
