We are recruiting an **Indonesia Franchise Operations Manager Java / Banusra** on a **12 **months contract.**

**What You'll Do for Us**
- Ensures business results, alignment with Organisational Unit and "Bottler"
- Overseas operations in the territory, adding to that identifying and capturing new opportunities across the franchise
- Responsible for achieving business growth in Coke and Bottler, by shaping and implementing core capabilities and managing franchise leadership within Complete Portfolio, multi channels and the Coke System
- Leads the implementation of Coca-Cola Company's vision, with strong connections internally and externally, able to identify business opportunities and translate them into concrete actions with an agile and effective decision making
- Manages and articulates the day-to-day operations of the franchise; working very close with the Frontline teams
- Co-Leads localization of plans; monitors evolution of key indicators
- Manages projects and leads the Route to Market, execution and commercialization from concept to launch; establishing business systems and procedures and KPIs
- Develops processes and systems to increase sales effectiveness and maximize resource allocation
- Lead Governance Model between Coke and Bottlers
- Guides and collaborates with bottler in the decision-making process involved in key areas
- Finding of new ways to identify regional market opportunities, generating value across the System in alignment with the Organisational Unit strategic priorities
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
- +5 years within the Coke System or FMCG in a franchise model or equivalent; where leading through influence play a key role in the Industry
- Bottler Marketing and Commercial experience
- Sales, Marketing, Commercial Strategy Experience and Understanding of retail (Horeca, Modern, Traditional Channel), Route to Market and Revenue Growth Management
