**Responsibilities**
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Resolve service issues, errors, and requests promptly.
- Fulfill data and report requests from leaders and external departments.
- Identify IT needs and propose improvements for the entire company.
- Manage integration of third-party systems, such as Payment Gateway and APIs.\
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferable from reputable University with Information Technology major.
- At least 5 years of working experience as IT Infrastructure, IT Support, IT Specialist.
- Strong interest in the Tech / Digital Industry.
- Familiarity with setting up new IT related policy
- Familiarity Project Management (example : JIRA, Trello, etc)
- Excellent verbal communication skills both in English and Bahasa.
